The new listing of Kansai Mirai Financial Group, Inc. ("Kansai Mirai Financial Group") on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("Tokyo Stock Exchange") was approved by the Tokyo Stock Exchange on March 1, 2018 and is scheduled for April 1, 2018 as announced in the "Notice concerning Listing Approval of Kansai Mirai Financial Group, Inc." announced as of March 1, 2018. Kansai Mirai Financial Group hereby announces that stocks of Kansai Mirai Financial Group will be selected for loan margin trading issue as follows.

Resona Holdings, Inc., Kansai Mirai Financial Group, The Minato Bank, Ltd., Kansai Urban Banking Corporation and The Kinki Osaka Bank, Ltd. believe that this selection for loan margin trading issue will further promote an increase in liquidity and improve the supply-demand relationship of stocks of Kansai Mirai Financial Group, as well as contribute to the vitalization of their trading and formation of fair prices.
