Announcement Regarding Change of Consolidated Subsidiaries' Trade Names

Kansaiurbangin Lease Company Limited ("KLC" hereafter, President Sumihiko Murai), one of consolidated subsidiaries of both Kansai Mirai Financial Group, Inc. ("KMFG" hereafter, President: Tetsuya Kan) and Kansai Urban Banking Corporation ("KU" hereafter, President: Kazumasa Hashimoto) and Kinki Osaka Shinyo Hosho Co., Ltd.("KOS" hereafter, President Manabu Hayafuji), one of consolidated subsidiaries of both KMFG and The Kinki Osaka Bank, Ltd. ("KO" hereafter, President: Koji Nakamae), announce today that the Board of Directors of KLC and KOS resolved the change of their trade names as follows, based on the premise of the approval of their shareholders' meeting.
All companies above are consolidated subsidiaries of Resona Holdings.

2. Reason for the Name Change
KU and KO will start as Kansai Mirai Bank, Limited ("KMB" hereafter,) by the merger subject to approvals from relevant authorities on April 1, 2019.
KLC and KOS will change their trade names in order to thrive to strengthen capabilities to support the needs and demands of customers by strengthening further cooperation and the sense of unity as KMB group.
