本規程の正式言語は日本語とし、以下に参考として掲げた英訳と日本語の内容に齟齬がある場合には、日本語が優先します。
The official language of the Terms of Use of E-mail shall be Japanese and the English translation below shall be only for reference purpose. Should there exist any discrepancy between the Japanese version and the English translation, the Japanese version shall prevail over the English translation.
本規程は、インターネット等広く一般に普及するコンピューター通信ネットワークを用いた情報伝達手段（以下「電子メール」といいます。）を利用して、株式会社りそなホールディングス、株式会社りそな銀行、株式会社埼玉りそな銀行、株式会社関西みらい銀行、株式会社みなと銀行(以下「当社」といいます。)と情報の授受を行われる方（以下「ご利用者」といいます。）と当社の間に適用されます。なお、電子メールの利用について、ご利用者と当社との間に別に契約書、約定書、規程その他がある場合は、同契約書等の各条項が適用されるものとします。
ご利用者は、「電子メール」の利用に際し、インターネット等の特性上、伝達される情報の機密保持等が不完全であることをご了承いただき、あくまで補助的な情報授受手段としてご利用いただくものとします。「電子メール」を利用して授受される情報に改ざん、漏洩、不着、延着、第三者への誤送、第三者の不正使用その他の事故があっても、これにより生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。ご利用者が当社に発信された電子メールの内容は、当社が受信した内容をもって確定するものとします。また、当社がご利用者に発信する場合、その内容は当社が発信した内容をもって確定するものとします。
ご利用者から当社に対してご質問・ご要望等が「電子メール」によって伝達された場合、当該質問・要望等への回答をするかどうかについては、当社の判断によるものとし、当社は回答の義務を負わないものとします。
別に契約書、約定書、規程その他に定めがある場合のほか、ご利用者は、銀行取引に関するお申込、お申出、お届出等を「電子メール」を利用して行うことはできないものとします。
ご利用者からあらかじめ書面で届出のあった内容にもとづいて、当社がご利用者と「電子メール」を利用して情報を授受している場合に、ご利用者の「電子メール」アドレス、名称、商号、住所、 電話番号その他届出事項に変更があったときは、ご利用者は直ちに書面をもって当社に届出るものとします。
前項の書面による届出事項の変更がなかったために、当社から通知または送付した書類または「電子メール」を用いた情報等が延着しまたは届かなかった場合には、通常到着すべき時期に到着したものとみなします。
この規程に関する準拠法は、日本法とします。
この規程に関して訴訟の必要を生じた場合には、当社本社(本店)の所在地を管轄する裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use of E-mail
These “Terms of Use of E-mail” (the “Terms”) shall apply to any communication between Resona Holdings, Inc. , Resona Bank, Limited, Saitama Resona Bank, Limited, Kansai Mirai Bank, Limited, The Minato Bank, Ltd. (the “Company”) and any person (the “User”) who communicates with the Company through a widely used means of computer communication network like internet (the “E-mail”). If there exists any contract, terms of conditions or other agreement between the User and the Company, such agreement shall prevail over the Terms.
The User shall, at the usage of the E-mail, acknowledge that the confidentiality of information transmitted thereby may be defective from the nature of computer communication network like internet and therefore shall use the E-mail as a supplementary means of communication. The Company shall by no means be responsible for any expenses, losses or damages which may be caused by falsification, leakage, non-delivery, delayed delivery, miss-delivery or fraudulent usage of information transmitted by the E-mail. The E-mail sent by the User shall be conclusive in its content that the Company has received and the E-mail sent by the Company shall be conclusive in its content that the Company has sent.
If any enquiries or requests are sent by the Users to the Company by the E-mail, the Company may determine at its sole discretion whether it will respond to such enquiries or requests and the Company shall have no obligation to respond to them.
The User may not enter for any banking transactions with the Company nor communicate with the Company regarding the banking transactions between the User and the Company by means of the E-mail, unless such entrance for the transactions or communication is allowed under any contract, terms of conditions or agreement other than the Terms.
If the Company communicates with the User by the E-mail based on the User’s data that have been notified to the Company by the User in writing, the User shall immediately notify the Company in writing of any change of the data such as the address of the E-mail, the name, the corporate name, address, telephone number or other notified matters of the User.
Should any notification, including information sent by the E-mail, by the Company be delayed in arrival or fail to arrive at the User because written notification of change provided for in Clause 5 has not been made, such notification shall be deemed to have arrived at the time that it should otherwise have arrived.
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
The User and the Company hereby submit for all purposes of or in connection with the Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
