Resona Holdings hereby makes an announcement regarding the changes in directors of Resona Holdings, Resona Bank and Saitama Resona Bank. The management changes planned for Resona Bank and Saitama Resona Bank, which are scheduled to take effect on April 1, 2020, are subject to the approval by their general meetings of shareholders and board of directors meetings to be held on April 1, 2020.
Other changes in directors and executive officers of Resona Holdings, Resona Bank and Saitama Resona Bank will be announced soon after the details are decided.
